Mrs. Danila has years of experience in legal activities related to real estate. Her main roles include negotiation on both general and commercial agreements as well as client documentation, implementing group policies and practices, legal input in relation to corporate governance and making final decisions on a majority of disputes and appeals on legal issues affecting Avrig 35.
Mr. Matthew Proskine
Marketing and Communications Director
Has recently joined Avrig 35, a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange for the past nine years, his prior financial experience from the U.S. will add value to the group. Mr. Proskine's current roles include reviewing, updating and implementing the strategy for marketing across the entire real estate portfolio. He is also responsible for budgeting and sales forecasting of all real estate projects and communicating these objectives to the shareholders and directors, along with managing all aspects of public relations.
