Established in 2007, Strategic Asset Management is a facility management company dealing primarily with bank branches in several locations all over Romania.
Strategic Asset Management provides technical services along with maintenance services.
The technical services are comprised of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, utility contracts (trash removal, electrical, running water, gas, and fire department), service agreements, insurance policies, purchase supplies and equipment for the properties, insurance policies, and obtaining permits and authorizations.
The maintenance services provided are cleaning contracts and regulations and an onsite staff routinely inspecting the grounds to determine if any repairs or upkeep are needed.
The onsite staff is also responsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, building restrictions, and termination of lease procedures.
All security services for the buildings and grounds are provided by third parties.
