Iris Shopping Center Pitesti a atras 25.000 de vizitatori la deschidere
Galeria comerciala Iris Shopping Center din Pitesti, dezvoltata de grupul Avrig 35, a atras la deschidere, pe 12 decembrie, circa 25.000 de vizitatori, au spus, pentru DailyBusiness.ro, reprezentantii dezvoltatorului.
Iris Shopping Center din Pitesti este compus din hipermarketul Auchan (13.600 metri patrati, deschis in noiembrie 2007) si galeria comerciala de 44 magazine (8.325 mp), precum si un magazin Bricostore ( 9.500 mp, deschis in decembrie 2007).
A treia faza a proiectului Iris Shopping Center Pitesti, care deschisa vineri, reprezinta o galerie comerciala de 7.000 mp, care cuprinde 33 magazine.
Avrig 35 intentioneaza sa construiasca, in a patra faza a proiectului, un cinema digital cu 9 sali si o sala de bowling, biliard si jocuri video (cu o suprafata totala de 4.500 mp), ce se va deschide la sfarsitul anului viitor.
Cu o suprafata totala inchiriabila de 43.000 mp, Iris reprezinta cel mai mare centru comercial din judetul Arges, potrivit reprezentantilor dezvoltatorului.
Acesta este cel de-al doilea parc comercial deschis de catre Avrig 35 in acest an, primul fiind situat in Bucuresti, ancorat de asemenea de catre Auchan, Sprider, Domo, Takko, Olympic Casino si Starplex Cinema.
Galeria Iris Shopping Center Pitesti se afla la intersectia autostrazii A1 Bucuresti-Pitesti cu Bulevardul Petrochimistilor, pe DN 65B, langa Auchan si Bricostore.
Grupul Avrig 35 a fost constituit in 1999 de 4 investitori americani. Printre proiectele dezvoltate de grup 35 se numara Charles de Gaulle Plaza, Avrig Business Center, sediul Lafarge, Tower Center International, Iris Shopping Center Bucuresti Titan.
