Avrig 35 Real Estate Development launches the 3rd phase of Iris Shopping Center Pitesti

Avrig 35 Real Estate Development recently opened the 3rd development phase of Iris Shopping Center Pitesti and plans to build a fourth phase which should comprise a 9-halls digital cinema and entertaining area to be ready for opening at the end of 2009, the company announced. The third opened phase of the project represents the mall's gallery of 33 shops and 7,000 gross lettable area. The Pitesti-based development is the second commercial center opened by the developer in 2008, th first being located in Bucharest. Avrig 35 appeared in 1999 being created by 4 American investors. So far, the company developed projects as Charles de Gaulle Plaza, Avrig Business Center, Lafarge HQ, Tower Center International and Iris Shopping Center Bucureşti Titan.
