Located in the Titan neighborhood in the 3rd district, the most heavily populated district in Bucharest, Iris Shopping Center is the first retail complex developed in this area (60,000 sq m built area). The first phase, representing the 28,000 sq m Auchan Hypermarket (the first Auchan opened in Romania), a 13,000 sq m commercial gallery with over 70 shops and restaurants and the 2 level parking structure for 1700 cars were inaugurated on the 7th of November 2006.
