This class A office building is located in one of Bucharest's finest locations, near Aviatorilor Boulevard. It has three floors that total 5,400 sq m of gross area and offers parking for up to 47 cars. The avant-garde architecture combines a setback top floor, a concrete cladding on the main facade and double spider curtain walls, unique to Romania. This building, completed at the end of 2005 and sold in 2007, was specifically designed and built as Lafarge's Headquarters, one of the largest cement producers in the world.
