Located in the Titan neighborhood in the 3rd district, the most heavily populated district in Bucharest, Iris Shopping Center is the first retail complex developed in this area (60,000 sq m built area). After the completion of Auchan hypermarket, the second phase will represent a mixed shopping gallery on two levels; the ground floor will consist of fashion, services, health and beauty, and personal goods. The first floor will have entertainment such as a Starplex Cinema, Bowling Alleys, Billiards and video games and a children's playground along with a large food court. In this phase extra underground parking will be delivered, thus the entire complex will have above and below ground parking for over 2200 cars. The architect is Westfourth Architecture. The tenants will include Domo, Starplex Cinema, Olympic Casino, and Reno.
